Possible Spectrograph?

On the new star trek forums we were discussing the viral site and someone mentioned that the 1st cameras bar looks like a spectrograph of a certain sound so I’d figure I would post the image and see if anyone could figure anything out.

The viral site is www.ncc-1701.com this takes a little bit of getting used to before you can start to get what is happening on this site.
First, you will see 4 camera screens however only 3 are giving you some kind of images.
To make these images in focus, you must edit the numbers by pushing the small boxes until you get 100%. Once you do this you will see clear videos of pretty much welding.
Supposedly after a certain amount of time one can see a hallway appear on the camera not appearing to be working.
